ForgeFit ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at forgefit.cc and related subdomains (the "Service"). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

2. Information we collect

• Account data: email address and authentication identifiers when you sign up or sign in.
• App data: workout logs, lifts, nutrition entries, badges, friends, and other content you create in the app.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, collected automatically by our hosting and analytics providers.

3. How we use your data

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• Communicate with you about your account or the Service.
• Show advertising on free accounts (see Section 5).
• Comply with legal obligations.

4. Cookies

We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure usage, and serve advertising. You can control or disable cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the Service may stop working if you do.

5. Third-party advertising (Google AdSense)

ForgeFit uses Google AdSense to display ads to users on the free plan. Google is a third-party vendor and uses cookies (including the DoubleClick DART cookie) to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to our site and other sites on the Internet.
• You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
• You can also opt out of third-party vendor cookie use at aboutads.info.
• Users on Pro and Elite plans do not see ads.

6. Data storage and providers

Account and app data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure (Supabase / Cloudflare). Payments, when applicable, are processed by Stripe. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

7. Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. You can delete your account from within the app at any time, which removes your associated app data.

8. Children

ForgeFit is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
