Dylan Fitter ("we", "us", "our") operates Strenaro through the website at forgefit.cc and related subdomains (the "Service"). We are the data controller for the personal data collected through the Service. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Account data: email address and authentication identifiers when you sign up or sign in.
• App data: workout logs, lifts, nutrition entries, badges, friends, and other content you create in the app.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, collected automatically by our hosting and analytics providers.

3. How we use your data

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• Communicate with you about your account or the Service.
• Comply with legal obligations.

4. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure usage. You can control or disable cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the Service may stop working if you do. Strenaro does not show third-party advertising.

5. Data storage and providers

Account and app data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure (Supabase / Cloudflare). Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle collects your billing details (name, billing address, payment method, email) to process your purchase, calculate tax, issue invoices, and handle refunds. We share your account email and a customer identifier with Paddle so they can link your subscription to your account. See Paddle's privacy notice for how they handle your data. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

• Hosting and database providers (Supabase, Cloudflare).
• Merchant of Record and payment processor (Paddle) for billing, tax, refunds, and invoicing.
• Authorities or regulators where required by law.

6. Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. You can delete your account from within the app at any time, which removes your associated app data.

7. Children

Strenaro is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
