We want you to be fully satisfied with Strenaro. If you are not happy with your paid plan for any reason, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. You may request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or email us at forgefit516@gmail.com and we will help coordinate the request with Paddle.

What happens after a refund

Once your refund is approved and processed by Paddle, your paid subscription will be cancelled and your account will revert to the free Starter plan. You will retain access to any data you created while on the paid plan.
