1. About these terms

These Terms of Service are a legal agreement between you and Dylan Fitter ("we", "us", "our"), the seller of Strenaro (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Strenaro. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or break the Service.
• Scrape or copy other users' content without permission.
• Upload harmful, hateful, or infringing content.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the workout, nutrition, and other content you create. You grant us a limited license to host and display it as needed to operate the Service.

5. Plans, payments, and refunds

Strenaro offers a free Starter plan and paid Pro and Elite plans, billed monthly or annually. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial; if you don't cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged for the selected billing period. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Pricing → "Manage billing"; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns, chargebacks, and tax collection. By purchasing a plan you also agree to Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.

6. Health disclaimer

Strenaro is a fitness tracking tool, not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise or nutrition program. You use the Service at your own risk.

7. Service availability

We work hard to keep the Service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strenaro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
